I stayed here the night before running the Indy Monumental and it was the perfect fit. It was within walking distance of downtown, where the race started, but in a quiet, cute area that I loved walking around after the race was over. It was very quiet at night and felt really safe. The restaurants nearby were awesome. This was a great stay for what I needed but two small things to note: - The shower is quite small and doesn't have any sort of shower caddy or shelf so it's a a little hard to have your shampoo, razor, body wash, etc. in the shower with you. But there are worse things, haha! - The heat was not on when I arrived and there was no thermostat to change it. It's November so it was about 45 degrees outside so the place was VERY chilly. I was fine with that since it was just a place to crash before the race, but if it was for a longer stay, I would've needed the hosts to do something about it. Was just surprising to not have heat on (or available) in November.

Great stay after our concert. Buddy forgot his shampoo so we were thrilled there was bathroom essentials. Slept well, the place seemed pretty intimate and small so if I am staying in the area with a partner I would love to consider it again ❤️
